The healthiest way to lose weight overall is to change your lifestyle. Introduce a healthy diet slowly so that your body has time to adjust. Diets are hard on your body, especially if the changes are drastic. Don't overwhelm your body or you may be tempted to give up. If your body has a hard time adjusting form never exercising to running a marathon, try adjusting to a diet slowly. Begin your diet one baby step at a time.
